Frequently asked
What happens after the 14-day trial?
If you add a card, your practice rolls onto the tier you picked at sign-up. If you do not, your practice drops to read-only on day 14 and you still have full export access. On day 60 with no payment, we hard-delete under GDPR.
Do I need to pay upfront?
No. The 14-day trial requires no card. After trial, we bill monthly via Stripe — there is no set-up fee and no annual lock-in.
How many users per surgery?
Unlimited. Pricing is per surgery (chair), not per seat — dentists, hygienists, nurses and reception staff are all included.
Can I migrate from Exact, R4 or SFD?
Yes — our Migration Assistant is free on every plan, including during beta. You upload your export, we run the importer, you approve the reconciliation report, and the data lands in your new practice.
Is my data in the UK?
Your data sits in EU infrastructure (Supabase EU region) with functions pinned to London. Sensitive fields (NHS number, medical history) are column-encrypted at rest.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your billing page, export your data under GDPR Article 15, and we will hard-delete on request under Article 17. No retention games.
